Are you there God it’s me...

I’m so happy to wake up this morning. The sun is shining and I am in such a good mood. Thank you for waking me up and putting life into my being and breath into my lungs.

Help me to rest into your Sabbath day. Thank you for giving me a day of divine rest where I can be refreshed and revived. Teach me how to observe my Sabbath and to keep it holy.

Bless those that are overworked, Lord. Give them an opportunity to meet their needs while still having time to rest and restore themselves. Let them find rest in you.

I look forward to spending the day with you and it is such a gift. Help me to give you all the glory and all the praise. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
