Sunday’s Prayer — March 14, 2021

Are you there God it’s me...

Time changes, but you remain the same. Morning after morning you are there to meet me. You have been so faithful to me. Thank you for your grace and mercy.

It is time to celebrate the victory of your son Jesus over hell, death, and the grave. Fill my heart with praise. Teach me how to worship you in spirit and in truth. Bless my ministry to lift the name of Jesus higher.

Help me to redeem the time. Enlighten my path and give me the strength and courage to walk it. Let me reflect you in all that I do, especially the little things. Show me how to be fully present in my work, whatever the task. Remind me that I work for you and that you are in everyone.

Let your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Let your kingdom break forth, especially in places of darkness and misery. Give the world hope and a better tomorrow. Show the lost, least, and left behind that you care for them and are Lord of all. Change circumstances of lack into ones of abundance. Turn mourning into dancing. Give energy to the weary and lift up the hearts of the broken.

Faithful Lord, thank you for never leaving or faresaking me. I can always count on your presence. Continue to illuminate my heart. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.

Amen
