Are you there God it’s me...

This morning is a new day, another chance to give you all the glory and praise. Thank you for never leaving me or forsaking me. I am so glad that nothing can separate me from your love.

Let me have a good balance between work and rest today. Keep me on the path you have created just for me. Strengthen my walk so that I neither stumble nor fall. Align me with your perfect and divine will.

Bless the vulnerable in our communities. Protect them from harm and hold them in the palm of your hand. Prick my heart and fill me with the conviction and strength to act in service of them.

Your mercies endure forever oh God. Our relationship gives me hope and strength. With you in my corner, I know I can do all that you command. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
