The quiet of early morning reminds me that you are Lord of all creation. You have seen me through another night and I am grateful. Help me to show appreciation by letting my light shine in the world.

Bless me to have a production and restorative day. Let my tasks add to me, not sap me of energy and time. Help me to surrender my whole self to you--body, mind, and spirit.

Lord please bless the victims of crime and their loved ones. Restore those that have had losses. Rehabilitate the perpetrators of crime that they may turn from their ways and be supported in constructive efforts.

This is the day that you have made Lord. I will rejoice and be glad in it. Help me to praise you with my every action. Grant me fullness of joy. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
