Are you there God it’s me...

I woke up clear-eyed and ready this morning. I thank you for blessing me with alertness and joy in my spirit. I am grateful for this new day and lift up my hands in praise and thanks.

Help me to have a clear agenda for my day that I am committed to. Rescue me from simply having the day move forward on auto-pilot. Give me the power to take charge of my day and be intentional about my activities.

Bless the artists in the world dear Lord. They show us your glory and give us hope. Let them see you closely and grant them inspiration. Let their works bring joy to the world and remind us that we are more than our circumstances.

Every day is a day of thanksgiving and you have made this day so that I might have space and time to give you all the glory and praise. Help me to celebrate you in all that I do. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.
