I love waking up to you, Lord. Thank you for granting me another day of life. In you I have everything I need, for you will never leave me or forsake me. You stick closer than a brother.

Allow me to have a creative and productive day today. Let me finish my sermon and get some writing done. Help me to finish packing and tie up loose ends on my projects. Keep my hand on the plow.

Brrr, it’s cold this morning. Thank you for giving me a house with heat and a bed with nice blankets so that I don’t have to be cold with no way to get warm. Warm all your creatures right now, Lord.
