Thank you for this new day, oh Lord. You always give the best gifts. Every morning your mercies are new and they sustain me through the ups and downs of life.

Bless me with good health, Father. Nip this cold in the bud and restore me to feeling good. Remove any discomfort or pain. Allow me to preach a good sermon this evening.

I’m sleepy this morning but still grateful that you woke me up for a brand new day. Thank you for never forgetting about me. You will not cast me aside or leave me behind.

Bless me to be energetic and productive today. Allow me to focus on you in all that I do. Guide my steps and tell me what to do to be pleasing in your sight. Give me strength.

Thank you, Lord, for a lovely night of rest and letting me wake up to a brand new day. Let your light shine on me and through me in all that I do. Shower me with your mercy.

Bless me to have a day of balance where I can work and still remain refreshed and energized. Let your joy be made complete in me today and animate all that I do.

I wake up to your sun creeping over the horizon and have a song in my heart. Thank you for this special day of life. Give me this day my daily bread and help me to stand in your armor.

Bless me to start off my work week with vigor and focus. Let me feel your presence with me in all that I do. Help me to stay focused on you over the distractions of this busy world.

Thank you for new mercies every morning, including the gift of sweet life. It is a beautiful day because you are with me. I am so glad you are the friend that sticks closer than a brother.

It is Palm Sunday, Lord, and I want to celebrate you with all that I am while singing Hosanna. Give me a spirit of praise and worship. Let me encounter the Risen Lord.

Thank you for all you have done for me, Lord, not just the life you’ve blessed me with this morning, but also the joy you’ve placed in my spirit that shines from the inside out. I am grateful.

Bless me to have a good moving day, Father. Let me do things efficiently and without overexerting myself. Bless and guide things so that they go well and even give me favor in my day.

Help me to turn the page on the things that have past and stay in the present moment with you. Thank you for blessing me with purpose and your Spirit of joy. All honor is due you.

Thank you for letting me have sweet, sweet rest last night. You woke me up gently this morning and I am so glad to be with you. Your gift of life is precious. I need you every hour.

Help me to remain in the rest of your Sabbath this day. Teach me how to take my delight in you, not the ways of the world. Give me the joy of your presence and that will be enough.
