Thank you for the gift of seeing the sky turn from night to day. Thank you for seeing my through another day and giving me a new one to try again. You are giving my proof that joy comes in the morning.

Why must the good suffer, while the wicked go unpunished? In this world there are so many injustices that dare me to declare you are not real, good, all-powerful. Still I see you; in the dawn of each new day, in the cries of the newborn, in the eye of peace in the middle of the storm. Let me be I afraid to declare you Lord, even in the midst of the storm.

Waking up to birds chirping is your gift to me. Thank you for seeing me safely into another day. I can’t wait to uncover what the day holds. Your mercies are a wonder to behold.
It’s time to fill the day with praise and worship. Help me to worship you in spirit and in truth. Let me celebrate Jesus’ resurrection with my whole heart. Bless me to praise you with all that I am.

My cat woke me up this morning. Thank you for her. Help me to recognize all the blessings you have placed in my life. Thank you for creating time and space for me to greet you before my day starts.
It’s Saturday Lord. Help me to have a good weekend where there is more play and enjoyment than there is work. Thank you for giving me balance in my life. Let me not forget to take advantage of it.

It’s noisy this morning. You have woken up the entire world at once it seems. That is the depth of your power. You can do anything but fail. Thank you for not forgetting me in the midst of all that you do.
Help me to maintain my productive streak. You have allowed me to get a lot done without being overwhelmed. Give me joy in my work so that I may be sustained in my efforts.
Bless those that are discouraged and feeling cast off dear Father. Let them know you are with them and that you care for them. Give them confidence that you will carry them out of their circumstances.
Thank you for another day in your marvelous creation. Grant that I may have a joyful and positive spirit today. Bless me with energy to complete my tasks. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake I pray.

I thank you for opening my eyes to greet another cheerful day. This is the day You have made, so I will rejoice and be glad in it. Teach me how to rejoice in You and keep gladness in my heart.
Give me a spirit of generousity dear Lord. Teach me how to give out of abundance. You have given me all that I have, and are faithful in giving me my daily bread. Let me share with others without worrying about running out.

I am happy to be alive another day. I remember times I wasn’t sure that would happen. Your mercies are truly new every morning and I thank you. Let me never tire of giving you thanks and praise.
I pray you help me to live a balanced life today. Let me do all things in moderation. Thank you for the abilities you have blessed me with. Let me use them for your glory Lord. Let my efforts meet with success.

I’m awake again thanks to you. I pray you allow me to experience fullness of joy in this new day. Please grant me the gift of restful and uninterrupted sleep. Let me enjoy the beauty of your creation.
Help me to tackle the work I have to do head on. Banish the spirit of procrastination and distraction. Let my working be not only productive but also personally enriching and enjoyable.

I’m anxious. Please calm my spirit and regulate my heart. Grant me peace. Take this lump out of my chest. Remind me there is absolutely nothing to worry about because you are taking care of everything.
Help me to have a fruitful day. Allow me time for meditation and gratitude. Help me to see my responsibilities and plan my week effectively. Grant that I may be productive while also being gentle with myself.

I wake up full of energy today. Thank you for a fitful day of rest yesterday and for blessing me to see another day. Your mercies sustain me. Please continue to keep me in your care.
Allow me to worship you today in spirit and in truth. As I celebrate the resurrection of your son Jesus, fill me with joyful praise. Holy Spirit minister to me today and hide the Word deep in my heart.

Another early morning of just you and I as you wake up creation. Being in your presence strengthens and calms me. You are showing me unconditional love and it is the greatest gift. Keep me in the palm of your hand.
Bless me with a day of rest and restoration. Revive my body, mind, and spirit. Help me to not work or be overstimulated when I should be resting. Thank you for the power of regeneration.

Lord, guide my mind and my heart as I prepare a word for Sunday worship. Fix your Word in my heart and give me a message for your people. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to preach. Help me align myself to your will in all that I do.

It is great to be back home Lord. Thank you for another day alive and full of blessings. Teach me to appreciate all you give me. I am happy just to be in your presence. Our time communing is such a gift.
