I’m so thankful, LORD.

Every day is a gift from You. It is a pleasure to wake up to Your mercies that are new every morning. Thank You for making me in Your image. Help me to reflect You in all I think, say, and do.

Give me an energized and effective day, LORD. Help me to follow Your directions and stay centered in You. Let me find Your joy in everything I do. Make me an instrument of Your peace.

Bless the homeless, Mother Father God. Protect them from the cold and give them not just shelter but homes that are warm, comfortable, and secure. Spark our generosity and compassion.

I am excited to begin this day and put my hand to the tasks You have prepared for me. You are the greatest thing in my life. It is in Jesus’ name and for his sake we pray.
