Are you there God it’s me...

When I wake up and it’s just us in the early mornings, I feel like I get to bring the day into being with you. Thank you for another day in the land of the living. Show me what I am to do with this day you have given me and give me the energy to make the most of it. Your instruction tells me all I need to know.

Teach me wisdom dear Lord. Grant me the discernment to see and understand the seasons in my life. Help me to makes good decisions from the choices before me. Grant that I may use all I do to lift the name of Jesus higher. Let me fulfill my purpose, even in the small things I do.

Are you there God it’s me...

I popped up this morning excited to meet you. Thank you for giving me another day and giving me abundant energy, even so early in the morning. May this day be full of you, unleashing blessings in my life and in the lives of all.

Lord God I ask for blessings in my ministry. Equip me with everything I need to faithfully walk the path to which you have called me. Let the ministry you have manifested in my life bear good fruit and be a blessing to all according to your will. Teach me how to better serve others in your name.

Are you there God it’s me...

This is the day you have made dear Lord. Thank you for blessing me to see it. You woke me up early so that we could spend this time together, just you and me. Teach me how to rejoice in your blessings.

Bless me with the energy and drive to complete the tasks before me this day. All my energy comes from you dear Father. Help me to enthusiastically approach my day. I am grateful that you have filled my life with work I can do to bring you glory.

Are you there God it’s me...

Thank you for waking me up and giving me another day. I rest in the happy confidence that I will be covered in your mercies. I am encouraged that today will be even better than yesterday. Lord you fill each day with your ceaseless abundance.

Thank you God for blessing me with dear and faithful friends in my life. You have made sure I need never be lonely and that my life is enriched by the company of wonderful companions. Help me to make the most of the people you have placed in my life and to be a good friend in return. Place me in someone’s life so that I can share a blessing of friendship with them.

I am so grateful for today. All night long you kept me safe in your care. Now you unfurl a new day before me. I am already anticipating the blessings and mercies I will encounter. You are an awesome God.

Grant that I may have the energy and inspiration to work hard this day dear Lord. Help me to organize my tasks well and be productive. Teach me how to redeem the time and make the most of each day. Give me a desire to do better each day than the one before.

You’ve turned me into a morning person. It’s one of the many ways you’ve changed my life. Thank you for waking me up and giving me a mind to praise you. Every day is a special gift from you. Teach me to never take it for granted.

Every day Lord, I see you work miracles large and small. Help me to make the most of my days and nights. Let me wisely use the power of creation you have given me to make my dreams come true. Let the work I do be beneficial to not just myself, but others as well.

Waking up so early feels like you are letting me in on a secret. You hold the mysteries of the universe, and me. Thank you for making me feel so cherished and involved. This day will unfold just as you have planned it for me.

It is finally Sunday again. The day we have set aside to celebrate and worship your precious Son. Help me release myself fully into praise and worship on this day. Help me unite with fellow believers as one body in Christ, even though we are physically apart.

Thank you for a great sleep. It is a gift to wake up to every morning, especially with the feeling of restful refreshment. I am so grateful for these blessings. Please continue to guard my sleep and bless me with quality rest.

Thank you for allowing me to release any feelings of loneliness I have. You have taught me over this last year how to better and more consistently reach out to and engage with friends and loved ones to prevent that feeling from setting in. You have blessed me to be surrounded by soo great a cloud of witnesses that care for me. My heart is full.

What peace you have given me this morning. I am thankful to set this time aside to talk to you. You have given me this day to give you glory and I can’t wait for it to unfold. Your mercies are new every morning.

Please help me to tackle the hard things I have been avoiding today. Free me from my procrastinating and help me to look forward to my work. Open up the day so that I have more time to accomplish my tasks. Help me to redeem the time.

Once again, you came through for me and I praise you for another day, even though it’s way too early. But whenever I wake up, you’re always there with me. Let me never lose that awareness of your presence in my life.

Thank you for blessing the world with your Son. In this season of Easter, I can’t stop rejoicing over Christ’s resurrection. Your love for the world bowls me over sometimes. Help me to love myself and others the way you love us, unconditionally.

I’m watching you work your wonders again as you turn the sky from dark to light. It is something I often take for granted. Help me keep in mind that each day is a miraculous expression of your love and power. You are perfect in all your ways.

Yesterday we celebrated the resurrection of your son Jesus. Thank you for giving us a way to reach you. Help me to embrace the victory we have in Christ, who overcame the world.

The moon looks like a face up there. It’s just Mr. Moon and I awake right now. And You. I cherish these times when it seems I have you to myself Lord. So even though I woke up way too early, I count it all joy.

Thank you for your Son. It’s Easter today. I imagine myself as one of the women on the way to his tomb before dawn to anoint Jesus’ body with oil. I want to be the first to see you risen; to run with the news that I serve a resurrected savior. He is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!

Sleeping in is the greatest thing ever. Thank you for that luxury. But more importantly thank you for waking me up at all. Each new day is a precious gift. Help me to never take it for granted that you breath life into me and keep me going.

I miss my Aunt Ruby. I think about all the things I would say if she were still here. Give comfort to me in my times of missing her. Help me release myself from regret of things said and unsaid, done and undone when she was here. Help me love and express myself fully to others in the moment, for tomorrow is not promised.

I’m so happy that you care for me. Early in the morning you wake me up and then we get to spend the day together. Our times together are full of your joy and your glory.

This day is the one you have made. Show me how to rejoice and be glad in it. I cherish the positive attitude you have blessed me with. Show me how to be more positive and optimistic in my thoughts and disposition. Allow me to make the most of my days.

You have seen me to another day. Thank you for being faithful. I can’t wait to see what you have in store for me today. I receive the greatest gifts from you dear Father. You always know just what I need.

Thank you for blessing me with all that I need to make it through each day. Your daily bread is sufficient for me. Let me never forget that you take perfect care of me. I have no need to worry or fear because you care for me. Your mercy endures forever.

Thank you for another chance today. I rise knowing that I need you to make the most of my day. Help me to discern what you want me to do and how you want me to do it. Give my your perfect guidance.

Thank you for loving me dear Lord. You have specific plans for me and every day of my life. Help me to surrender to you and your will for me. Let me walk your path willingly and with joy. Give me faith that your plans for me are wonderful and better than I could ever imagine.

Lord thank you for this day. I know it’s up to me to make the most of it, but you have set me up for success and will be with me all the way. Help me to realize my dreams today. Give me the energy and motivation to work hard.

You made this day and know everything that will happen in it. Thank you for caring about me enough to lay out a path just for me. Help me to walk it without stumbling and to obey your will.

Every morning is full of your grace. You’ve never failed me and you are always there. Let me never forget that. Strengthen my faith in you and your promises.

You love me just as I am. You also have great plans for me, more amazing than I could ever imagine. I surrender myself to you loving Father. Change, renew, and transform me according to your will.

Once again you’ve woken me up and I thank you. As light streams into my room, I pray that’s your awareness breaks into my heart. Let me be filled with more and more of you. In you there is fullness of joy.

Thank you for loving me. You know everything about me, and your love is still from everlasting to everlasting. I have never been known so completely. Thank you for letting me be able to be myself with you.

Thank you for a brand new day. It’s amazing how you make every day different. This is one I’ve never seen before and will never see again. Let it go well with me.

Bless me that I may enjoy the weekend. Fill it with joy and rest. Grant that I may be able to pursue my interests and also have fun. Help me to follow the path you have laid out for me.
