When I wake up early and it’s just you and me, time stands still. Thank you for being a God I can approach. I don’t need to pray from far away and hope you hear. I can whisper my heart’s desires in your ear and rest in your protective arms.

Thank you for loving me. The promises of the world come and go, but you remain steadfast. Your unconditional love teaches me how to care for myself and others. Let me reflect your loving kindness in all that I do.

Are you there God it’s me...

Sometimes I forget that a good night’s sleep is truly a miracle. Thank you for seeing me through to another day. I am grateful for the “little things” you give me each moment that add up to life. It’s incredible to think that you sustain everyone on earth just like you do me.

Help me to live in the moment more Lord. Let me not be preoccupied with the past or worried about what may come, but present in the here and now. Help me especially to notice others more instead of having my mind on something else.

Are you there God it’s me...

I love seeing the sky lighten as the day begins. It reminds me that there is magic in each day. Let me never take it for granted that you have set the wonder of creation in motion. Thank you Lord for giving me another day.

Help me to discern and embrace my purpose in this life at this time. Take away any indecision I have and let me walk the path you have set before me with my whole heart. Grant that I may be happy and fulfilled in doing your will.

Thank you for this day, one I’ve never seen before and will never see again. It’s amazing that you can make every day different. I can’t wait to uncover what the day holds.

Lord, heal the bitter violent conflicts in the world. Cover fighting and hatred with your unconditional love. You have said blessed are the peacemakers, grant them powerful successes in their work.

Thank you for adjusting me to the time change. You help me with matters large and small. Help me to release all my situations to you, for you are faithful.

Thank you for another day of your glories. We celebrate your risen son today. Let me worship you in spirit and in truth. Give my praise a spirit of joy.

You saw me safely through another night. With you I don’t have to worry or be afraid. Thank you for always being with me. In your presence there is fullness of joy.

I dedicate this day to you dear Father. Let me redeem the time in your name. Grant me the energy and initiative to make the most of my day. Give me a heart for your work, and the insight to understand that it is all your work. In your infinite wisdom direct me on your path.

It’s great to know I will never have to face a day without you. Your companionship makes everything worthwhile. Show me how to be good company for you. Let me grow more like you from our time together.

You hold the seasons in your hand oh Lord. I wait with joy for you to bring Spring to us. The lightening skies remind me that you are a faithful God that never fails. Let me never take your works for granted, but help me to be full of appreciation and wonder.

Time changes, but you remain the same. Morning after morning you are there to meet me. You have been so faithful to me. Thank you for your grace and mercy.

It is time to celebrate the victory of your son Jesus over hell, death, and the grave. Fill my heart with praise. Teach me how to worship you in spirit and in truth. Bless my ministry to lift the name of Jesus higher.nergy to the weary and lift up the hearts of the broken.

Thank you for another day. Waking up to you is a precious gift. Every day we get to spend together proves you faithful and true. Make me more and more like you.

Help me to overcome my fears. Fill me with your perfect love so that my fears are cast out. Show me the way you would have me to go. Give me the courage to step out of the shadows and embrace what you have for me with my whole self.

I’m here for my daily bread. You gave me everything I needed yesterday, and now that today is here, I know you will do it again. Great is thy faithfulness.

Thank you for helping me see that by putting my whole self into the task before me, however small, I get to meet you, continuing your mighty work of salvation. Teach me how to be fully present in whatever I am doing. Let me find meaning in my work.

I am happy to greet you this morning. Thank you for giving my another day. Starting my day with you is the best feeling, as if we are beginning our work together.

Thank you for blessing me with the ability to work hard and productively. Lord make me useful today. Fill my plate with tasks and projects I find interesting and fulfilling.

When I wake up we get to say hello. Thank you for another morning in your presence, and life! Your blessings continue to shower upon me. I am grateful that you care for me so tenderly and personally.

It’s just you and me...and the cat. Our private time together is a precious gift. I feel your mercy and kindness towards me like waves pulling me into the sea of your love. Our quality time together gives me all the strength I need.

It’s your day; time to praise you and celebrate the resurrection of your son. I have been waiting for this all week. Help me to release all the praise and worship I hold within me. Tune my heart to sing thy grace.

I’ve been thinking about the opportunity to return to you in prayer since the last time I said amen and now it is finally here. You have given me another morning, time to devote to you. Thank you for this blessing of life and this sweet communion. They are prescious gifts I do not take for granted.

Help me to be prepared and to engage life however it may come; fast or slow, easy or hard. You can equip me with all that I need. Let me not shirk from fulfilling the promise you have laid before me. Help me not to fear, but to look forward to the challenges of life as opportunities to bear your witness, develop my gifts, and strengthen my faith.
